Close call as LA Galaxy clinch a spot in the MLS Playoffs

Both LA Galaxy and RLS needed points to count towards the MLS playoffs spot this past weekend and as you can guess, LA Galaxy clinched the spot leaving RSL praying for a miracle despite the 1-1 tie.

LA Galaxy will be playing Houston Dynamo for a chance to play a home game in the first round of the playoffs.

Real Salt Lake on the other hand are a point behind Minnesota in the playoff stand and they seriously need a win and hope that Minnesota or Portland looses or ties to secure the spot. RSL have a mountain to climb in their next game and it is for sure a game to watch, they are going to put everything on the line to clinch the playoffs.

Both teams had a lot of regret-able chances that they all failed to convert but Real Salt Lake received the end of it with the tie.
