LAFC acquires an international roster slot from CF MONTRÉAL

The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) announced today the club has acquired a 2022 International Roster Slot from CF Montréal in exchange for $200,000 in 2022 General Allocation Money (GAM) and the club’s natural 3rdround pick in the 2024 MLS SuperDraft.

What does this mean for the black and gold?

This definitely gives coach Steve Cherundolo flexibility in building his roster. LA Galaxy has already made big moves and brought in cavalry from Brazil to aid in the attacking.

Was this a good idea to spend $200,000?
