RETURNS

Eligible Items for Return

• T-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants: Can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

• Lotions & shower gels: Due to hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition (for apparel).

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

• Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made items.

• Opened skincare products (lotions, shower gels).

Return Process

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

 

Exchanges:

If you need a different size or color, we’ll gladly process an exchange once we receive the original item.
